The Apollon automated guillotine glass system provides an excellent architectural enclosure solution tailored for restaurants, cafes, hotels, and patisseries. Engineered to seamlessly adapt to seasonal transitions, it enhances customer comfort while delivering spacious and uninterrupted outdoor panoramas.

  • Motorized Vertical Operation: The glass panels move smoothly in a vertical direction (up and down). Driven by heavy-duty internal motors, the system can be effortlessly operated via a wall switch or remote control based on your preference.

  • Premium Insulation Glazing: Built standard with high-performance 4+16+4 mm tempered double glazing for optimized thermal insulation. Alternative glass combinations can be customized upon request.

  • Advanced Weather Sealing: Heavy-duty pile weatherstripping (kıl fitil) integrated within the side aluminum tracks guarantees exceptional insulation against wind and drafts.

  • Whisper-Quiet Drive Options: Utilizes a highly durable 20 mm x 25 mm cord-reinforced internal belt to lift the glass panels smoothly and silently. A heavy-duty stainless chain drive system is also available upon request.

  • Balanced Dual-Track Stability: Each sash is fitted with 8 specialized alignment bearings, ensuring perfectly balanced, friction-free movement inside the side channels while taking up mechanical slack.

  • Multi-Channel Automation: Up to 20 individual guillotine modules can be synchronized and managed via a single multi-channel remote control. Panels can be stopped and held at any desired height.

  • Smart Glass Balustrade: When fully opened (lowered), the 3-panel glass assembly retracts neatly side-by-side, serving as a solid, elegant architectural glass railing.

  • Total Four-Season Protection: When completely closed, the system delivers superior acoustic, thermal, and absolute water insulation.

  • Integrated Security: Engineered with self-locking mechanisms upon closure, providing high break-in resistance without requiring any manual keys or locks.

  • Micro-Ventilation: Panels can be positioned precisely to allow controlled fresh air circulation from the top downwards, protecting customers from uncomfortable direct wind drafts.

The APOLLON GUILLOTINE SYSTEM was proudly developed by WINPERAX R&D, focusing on customer satisfaction, premium materials, and easy installation. Profile designs and registrations are fully documented and patented by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TPE).

 

 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  1. Glazing Base Space: The internal spacing of the panel bases is precisely 24 mm. Glass thickness configurations can be customized based on project requirements.

  2. Heavy-Duty Aluminum: Architectural aluminum profiles feature a robust 2 mm wall thickness for superior static stability.

  3. Panel Configurations: Systems can be manufactured as either 2-panel or 3-panel sliding configurations depending on project heights.

  4. Heavy-Duty Lift Mechanism: Powered by high-durability stainless chains for quiet, smooth vertical movement. Alternatively, a 20 mm x 25 mm cord-reinforced internal drive belt can be specified.

  5. Stainless Steel Bearings: Equipped with 8 premium stainless-steel bearings on the side rails to guarantee perfectly balanced and uniform up-and-down sash travel.

  6. Premium Motor Automation: Systems utilize world-class automated motor brands, including SOMFY, BECKER, LCF, or CUPON MOTORS.

  7. Maximum Spans: Engineered to support grand openings up to a maximum width of 5500 mm and a maximum height of 2200 mm. Custom combination dimensions are available upon request.

  8. Anti-Flex Profile Geometry: Reinforced structural profiles prevent any structural stretching, shaking, or flexing under heavy wind loads.

  9. Centralized Remote Control: A single smart remote control can operate up to 20 synchronized modules simultaneously.

  10. Automatic Interlocking: Automatically locks upon full closure, completely preventing unauthorized manual opening from either the outside or inside.

  11. Easy-Access Maintenance Rails: Designed with innovative auxiliary side rails. In the event of standard renovations or accidental glass breakage, maintenance and glass replacement can be carried out easily without dismantling the product or damaging the main structural frame.
